Gil White is Herzog’s managing partner .Gil is a first port of call for Israeli clients in regards to their commercial objectives internationally, especially in the e-commerce sector, with a focus on regulated industries. As the head of Herzog’s E-Commerce Department, Gil has, for over a decade, counselled the world’s leading internet gaming and fintech companies with respect to corporate and commercial issues. Together with his team, Gil has led the development of Herzog Fox & Neeman’s industry leading Cryptocurrency Practice.
His practice focuses on advising clients in innovative industries on a range of issues concentrating primarily on matters pertaining to licensing, regulation, litigation and day-to-day operations. Gil’s experience in such industries has dove-tailed into advising cryptocurrency clients in their strategic planning towards Initial Coin Offerings and advising established clients looking to incorporate cryptocurrencies and block-chain technology in their existing businesses. In addition, Gil provides counsel to traditional financial sector players looking to expand their businesses into the world of cryptocurrency. Over the years, Gil has coordinated initial public offerings and M&A transactions on behalf of online gaming companies which have proved to be standard-setting in the nascent industry
Gil serves as Herzog Fox & Neeman’s International Relationships Partner, responsible for coordinating and maintaining Herzog Fox & Neeman’s relationships with international law firms and clients.
